What does it mean that the product is PREORDER?
A PREORDER product is when we do not have stock yet, but it will be coming soon.
It is a way of reserving shares before entry. Take into account that the period of entry and dispatch is very varied, it can take a few days or up to a month.
We will always notify you as soon as the order has been dispatched via email.
Do products purchased at AGÚD have change?
All purchases have change within 15 days of making the purchase.
To make the change you can only do it in our SHOWROOM. The product must be sent in the same conditions in which it was delivered, in its original packaging and the mail delivery receipt or exchange ticket. The value of the product to be changed will be the one that you originally paid for it, that value will apply at the time of the change, not that of the product at the time of request.

What price recognizes me in promotions/discounts?
You can coordinate the change just like a change of a product without discount.
The price that is taken in favor is the PRICE PAID WITH DISCOUNT, the FULL price will not be taken.
No change will be returned in monetary form.
